History

Conarc was founded by Chet Joglekar* in 1996 as a small consulting firm that developed custom database applications to serve commercial real-estate firms.  As the consulting work grew, in 1999 the firm was formally changed to a product company to focus on developing a collaboration platform across multiple vertical markets. In 2016, the company was sold to a billion dollar capital holding group that specializes in enterprise software and technology solutions. At that time, Tyler Craig was named CEO and he is leading the team to deliver world class service and solutions on the leading edge of technological innovations.

Chet acted as CEO from 1996-2016. Chet made his exit in 2016, commemorating Conarc’s 20th anniversary.  Chet now serves as an advisor in addition to enjoying travel and time with his family.
