Conarc is absolutely dedicated to engaging with iChannel clients in a meaningful way to help drive product development. In addition to ongoing interaction throughout the year, Conarc holds an iChannel User Conference to bring everyone together for two days. This year, iChannel Users from all over the US and Canada joined together in New Orleans, Louisiana to network, learn and share their knowledge and perspective.

After a delightful opening reception overlooking the Mississippi River, Conarc offered its valued clients engaging training, phenomenal guest speakers and lots of opportunity to discuss what the future of iChannel looks like. iChannel offered a preview of the new Portal interface, shared IT best practices to ensure optimal performance, and held several round table discussions to gather feedback on iChannel product development to guide future enhancements.

Client-led sessions really shined as professionals shared their experience with how iChannel is helping their businesses grow. Pros from Atlanta, Boston, Baltimore, Greenville, Nashville and Ontario, Canada, came together to tell their stories of how iChannel is driving their businesses forward. They all received raving reviews and many clients shared that they will be going back to their respective companies with great excitement and enthusiasm about where iChannel is headed.
