Commercial Brokerage Deal Management – DealCHANNEL
DealCHANNEL is a Deal Management System designed specifically for Commercial
Brokerage firms. The broker and his team now have a powerful tool to help manage
the sales process from prospecting, the development and distribution of electronic
tour packages and proposal generation. DealCHANNEL is supported by two powerful
databases which maintain all properties & comparables as well as CRM where all client,
contact and event data are managed. DealCHANNEL stores all best and final proposals
containing valuable history of prior proposals and negotiations. Detailed reporting
and analysis is available to the broker and the team on deal status and pipeline
analysis. Executive management now has a tool in DealCHANNEL to aggregate sales

Valuations – Web Appraise and Job Center
A web-based appraisal software solution that starts with the creation of
a proposal for an appraisal engagement, all the way through to electronic delivery
of the completed appraisal to a private client channel. The application is linked
to CoStar/Spectrum for sales/rent comps, has a full client/contact management system,
a revenue management system and unlimited analysis and reporting capacity.

Multifamily – Quick Lease
An application that creates and stores multifamily apartment leases with improved
efficiency. Leases can now be error free, created up to 10 times faster than manually,
with professional presentation. This application not only prints the leases but
all addendums/attachments to the lease and stores the information in a central database
for easy access and simple lease renewal process. Quick Lease can be custom linked
to virtually any property management software package, thus eliminating double entry
of data and saving valuable time on property.

Corporate Real Estate – Visual Remis
A facilities tracking and real estate database system that connects all
regions countrywide or worldwide to corporate headquarters via the intranet. All
real estate assets (land, facilities, local distribution operations, local and consolidated
offices, airport locations, subsidiary facilities, etc), titles, and leases are
tracked within Visual Remis via a unique Intranet component that is intended for
remote offices to communicate to corporate headquarters and synchronize data. Regions
create their own lease and title records for submission to headquarters, providing
the opportunity for headquarters to “approve” or “deny”
these submissions and then consolidate the regional data into the national database.
This 32bit Visual Studio system has been the subject of several articles featured
in industry publications.
