I wanted to thank you all for the part you played in getting our system upgraded. We still have a few issues to work out, but changes since our last update in October are very positive and a few of them are ones I’ve been wishing for.
I performed 2 training classes yesterday spending 30 minutes going over the upgrade changes and an hour doing a refresher on file area filtering, document tags, contacts/subscribers, email attachment linking, the portal, and getting documents from iChannel into Engagement. It is hard to tell when accountants are excited about something but I can honestly say that most left those training classes talking about their favorite feature. It is funny because sometimes a favorite feature is something as simple as seeing the client ID beside the name on the tab in the file area or in the results list when using iChannelDesk quick search. One of my favorite features is a subscriber assigned to related entities also becoming a linked contact on those entities – what a big time saver – if only this was in place a few months ago when I had to setup 88 of them
