Chet Joglekar, CEO and Founder
With 17 years of hands-on software development experience in various areas of database systems, Chet has worked on many full life-cycle systems projects. His experience includes extensive requirements planning, analysis, design, and project management experience working for Fortune 500 companies like Ford, Lockheed Martin, and Martin Marietta, as well as software vendor companies like Database Design, KnowledgeWare, and Sterling Software. Chet's areas of expertise include object-oriented design, three-tier client/server systems, Internet, and distributed databases.

Chet has been the lead architect on three commercial, off-the-shelf software products sold nationally and licensed by hundreds of clients such as UPS, Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and GTE. Chet has also implemented several financial and investor tracking databases. While at Sterling Software, Chet was a senior developer of a business process re-engineering product that was installed at over 4,000 locations.

Chet holds master's degrees in software engineering and chemical engineering and a bachelor's degree in engineering and cost accounting from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

David Staveley, Vice President Sales
David Staveley has held senior sales and sales management positions for over 20 years in the computer industry in both Europe and the US. Prior to joining Conarc as its Vice President Sales, David was Director of Strategic Alliances and Business Development with the Baan Company’s Supply Chain Systems Division with responsibility for the global relationships with Accenture, Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Consulting.

David has extensive experience in developing successful business relationships with sales partners. As Conarc continues to expand, David is responsible for initiating and directing an effective channel sales strategy as new industry and application verticals are identified.

Jim Keenan, Vice President of Sales
Jim joined Conarc from the printing industry, having held direct sales and management titles for leaders such as Oce, Scitex Vision (currently HP), and Xeikon America. His most recent role was with Seagull Software, currently Rocket Software, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of their replacement emulator, BlueZone.

Jim has extensive experience in developing successful business relationships with sales partners across all vertical markets. Jim?s role will also extend into building channel sales efforts, with in related markets.
