Chet Joglekar, CEO and Founder
Chet JoglekarWith 25 years of hands-on software development experience in various areas of database systems, Chet has worked on many full life-cycle systems projects. His experience includes extensive requirements planning, analysis, design, and project management experience working for Fortune 500 companies like Ford, Lockheed Martin, and Martin Marietta, as well as software vendor companies like Database Design, KnowledgeWare, and Sterling Software. Chet's areas of expertise include object-oriented design, three-tier client/server systems, Internet, and distributed databases.

Chet has been the lead architect on three commercial, off-the-shelf software products sold nationally and licensed by hundreds of clients such as UPS, Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and GTE. Chet has also implemented several financial and investor tracking databases. While at Sterling Software, Chet was a senior developer of a business process re-engineering product that was installed at over 4,000 locations.

Chet holds master's degrees in software engineering and chemical engineering and a bachelor's degree in engineering and cost accounting from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

David Staveley, Vice President Sales
David StaveleyDavid Staveley has held senior sales and sales management positions for over 20 years in the computer industry in both Europe and the US. Prior to joining Conarc as its Vice President Sales, David was Director of Strategic Alliances and Business Development with the Baan Company’s Supply Chain Systems Division with responsibility for the global relationships with Accenture, Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Consulting.

David has extensive experience in developing successful business relationships with sales partners. As Conarc continues to expand, David is responsible for initiating and directing an effective channel sales strategy as new industry and application verticals are identified.

Jim Keenan, Vice President of Sales
Jim KeenanJim joined Conarc from the printing industry, having held direct sales and management titles for leaders such as Oce, Scitex Vision (currently HP), and Xeikon America. His most recent role was with Seagull Software, currently Rocket Software, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of their replacement emulator, BlueZone.

Jim has extensive experience in developing successful business relationships with sales partners across all vertical markets. Jim's role will also extend into building channel sales efforts, with in related markets.

Mike Clarke, President
Mike ClarkeMichael J. Clarke (Mike) has joined Conarc, Inc as a Partner along with his team from CTC Information Technology LLC, after being a long and loyal Conarc client. Mike is an accomplished senior executive who recently left Chelsea Property Group as Co-President and CFO. Chelsea, the world’s largest developer, owner and operator of manufacturers’ outlet centers, was Conarc’s largest client for 15 years and merged with Simon Property Group in 2004 (NYSE; SPG). Conarc played a key collaborative role tailoring iChannel and LeaseChannel to Chelsea specific business needs in managing over 5,000 leases from Proposal through Lease administration.

Mike has extensive experience in domestic and international business and real estate development. His skills encompass strategic planning and implementation, organization building, capital raising and utilizing information technology for more efficient operations and cost savings. Mike’s career spans 35 years of diversified experience including 10 years in public accounting with JH Cohn LLC; 10 years as CFO in the hotel and franchising businesses; and 15 years with Chelsea Property Group.

Ben Spoerl, Vice President
Ben SpoerlBen joined the organization in 2010 to oversee our northeast region sales and marketing efforts. With over ten years of success in the software space, he is adept at devising and executing targeted sales plans, as well as cultivating relationships with clients, strategic partners, and key corporate decision makers. Prior to assuming his current roll Ben spent time in sales and sales management positions at Syncsort, SWK Technologies, and Thomson.






Giang Truong, Director
GiangTruongGiang joined the organization in 2010 to oversee our northeast region technical implementation and rollout efforts. Previously, as senior project manager for 10 years with Chelsea Property Group, Giang had to oversee technology (both hardware and software) to manage over 20 million square feet of retail space involving 65 US and international properties and 5,000 active leases. He helped Conarc in the design of our retail “deal flow” product called “CLASS” that then managed at Chelsea for 10 years. Giang also managed the iChannel system for Chelsea and created a 50 property “intranet portal” for collaboration between all of finance/accounting and onsite personnel, as well as, collaboration with Chelsea Japan and Korea properties & owners.

Jim Tarala, CIO, Schenck SC
Jim TaralaJim has over 15 years of technology-related business experience in industries ranging from retail, wholesale, distribution, accounting, and systems integration to entrepreneurship. As CIO, he is chairman of the Information Technology Committee, which is charged with technology planning and adoption firm-wide. At 600 employees, Schenck is one of Conarc’s largest CPA clients and a user of iChannel for 5 years.

Prior to merging with Schenck, Jim was a co-founder of Business Data Systems, an information technology firm that offered its clients a sophisticated array of services in information systems, accounting, distribution and manufacturing. Additionally, Jim is an instructor for the Executive Education department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.


Douglas Haney, President, Grubb & Ellis Landauer
Douglas HaneyGrubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE) is one of the largest commercial real estate services and investment companies in the world with 6,000 professionals in more than 100 offices.

Doug spent the previous 34 years as an integral member of CB Richard Ellis' appraisal business, where he served as president of the firm's Valuation & Advisory Services Division and member of CBRE's North America Operations' Management Board. Under his leadership, CBRE's appraisal operations, with over 50 offices, became the largest in the country, in terms of revenue and profitability. Doug directed Conarc to evolve its products - JobCenter, WebAppraise and iChannel for 10+ years and made them a core set of applications serving over 500 employees and 1000s of clients, including most US banks, over a 24x7 portal producing & delivering 20,000+ engagements a year.

Randy Johnston, EVP, Network Management Group, K2 Enterprises, Totally Paperless
Randy JohnstonAs Editor, Accounting software world & Totally Paperless - Randy is particularly well known for his technology update overview, accounting software, and paperless office expertise. He has consulted for most leading technology companies in the U.S and helps businesses with strategic technology planning, accounting software selection, document management selection and planning, and business continuity planning. As an advisor, Randy would help Conarc identify future needs/requirements in the accounting industry.





Dan Arnold, CIO, Cousins Properties
Dan has over 20 years of management experience in running various commercial real estate information systems. As CIO of a publicly traded REIT, he oversees all technology decisions for one of the largest diversified real estate company with over 20 million SF of office, retail and other properties. Cousins is one of Conarc’s largest retail real estate clients and a user of iChannel / leaseChannel for 5 years & Dan has overseen & facilitated the design and development of this solution with integration with their Oracle/JD Edwards accounting systems. Dan has also helped Conarc devise an Office division portal for financial reporting to owners of Cousins managed leasing & services involving some of the largest office properties in the Southeast.


Ronnie Tubertini, CEO, Southgroup Insurance & Financial Services
Ronnie TubertiniTubertini has played an active role in the insurance industry, both at the state and national level. He has testified numerous times on behalf of independent agents before Congress and his state legislature. An advocate for recruiting new talent into the industry, Tubertini has served as chairman of the Ole Miss Insurance Advisory Board and two terms on the Big "I" National Board of Directors. With 20 offices and 200 employees, Southgroup is one of the largest insurance agencies.

In 2003, Southgroup formed a technology subsidiary to serve the insurance market and in 2004, teamed up with Conarc to help direct iChannel as an insurance agency content management solution, and, adopted iChannel across all its offices as a core mission critical daily workflow product.
