Jamestown - Since 1998
Conarc delivered an investment management system that gives Jamestown the ability to manage thousands of investors, their investments (over $2 billion), and distributions. The system links to AS400-based accounting and Tax packages.

Minerva Real Estate Investments - Since 1995
Conarc developed a custom database for Minerva to keep track of investors and investments, and calculated distributions on a quarterly basis.

Koger Equity - Since 2003
is a Boca Raton, Florida-based, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). Koger owns, operates, and manages 126 office buildings, containing 9.21 million rentable square feet, located primarily in 17 suburban office projects in ten cities in the Southeastern United States and Texas.

United Parcel Service - Since 1997
UPS selected Conarc to develop an international facilities tracking and real estate database system that connects all regions worldwide to corporate headquarters via the UPS intranet. All real estate assets of UPS are tracked within Visual REMIS, which was delivered in 1997 utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio.

Pro Logis/Security Capital Group - Since 1997
Conarc delivered several cutting-edge solutions to various operating companies within Security Capital, including Archstone Communities and ProLogis. Projects involved contracts, documents, and management systems, and the solutions have been deployed to offices in multiple states involving hundreds of users nationwide.

Cushman & Wakefield - Since 1994
The Valuation Advisory Services group has used Conarc's WinAppraise database system across 26 offices in the U.S. Conarc has also developed JobCenter - a national web-based assignment, revenue, and client/contact management system using Microsoft SQL and Internet Information Server technology.

Trammell Crow Residential, AMLI Residential, Focus, Archstone Communities and The Worthing Companies - Since 1997
Industry leaders and high-end REIT's in the multifamily apartment industry operating in multiple states utilize QuikLease - a Conarc product for managing the generation of lease documents/renewals and notices at the leasing centers by connection to back-end accounting programs such as AMSI, Rent Roll, Yardi, etc. Conarc tailored the solution to each client, reflecting special processes and contract management templates.

CB Richard Ellis - Since 1994
CB Richard Ellis (formerly CB Commercial) uses the WinAppraise database system to track all of their appraisal data (Sales and Comps) on a national basis across 20 offices. They have been using the system since 1994.

Chelsea Property Group - Since 1994
Chelsea is the top developer of premium outlet centers, with retail centers in many states. LDSOne lease administration and budget package helps accountants, leasing agents, and senior executives manage the entire leasing process from proposals through legal review to administration. CLASS helps Chelsea manage clients, contacts, properties, and tracks retail sales for each tenant.

GTE/Verizon - Since 1999
GTE Data Services utilizes Conarc's iCollaboration software to manage documents and workflow using a thin-client browser-based web application that performs management of requisitions and purchasing. Conarc is in the process of using cutting-edge Internet tools such as XML, COM, and DOM.

Northside Hospital, Atlanta - Since 1999
Northside purchases close to $100 million of supplies and equipment annually. Conarc created an analysis and data warehouse system to roll-up purchasing across items, departments, and perform drill-down analysis and reporting that helps identify per unit changes in price.

Federated Department Stores Rich's/Lazarus/Goldsmiths Division - Since 1997
RLG uses the Visual Capital Cost system, a Windows NT-based solution, to track expenditures on all of their Capital Improvement Projects in the construction and expansion of their stores nationwide.

Fox Television - Since 1999
MovieTone News Story database system. The Internet and Intranet application is to be used by Fox affiliates to search a large database catalog of news story abstracts and pictures. Designed to be able to run on all browsers (and hardware including Macs) and provides a final link to the actual newsreel.

Johnson Controls - Since 2000
Johnson Controls, a Fortune 500 global market leader in automotive systems, facility management, and control, selected Conarc as a strategic partner in software development. Conarc is assisting Johnson Controls in the construction of a new software system that enables users of their products to assess status, monitor alarms, and change control parameters of control systems via a dial-up connection to remote sites.
